I'm Kumar Bhowmik, I bring over a decade of experience from the fitness industry into my work as an LA real estate agent. After years of building relationships, earning trust, and helping people reach meaningful goals in the gym, transitioning into real estate felt like a natural next step.

I’ve spent my entire career in fitness sales and quickly learned that the best salespeople are really just great problem solvers. The most rewarding part of sales is helping other people, and if that motivation isn’t there, sales isn’t very fulfilling. That mindset is what guides how I work with every client.

My goal is to make sure my clients get the most out of choosing me as their agent, whether that means guiding first-time buyers, helping sellers maximize value, or navigating the competitive Los Angeles market.
