Natalie Rubinstein is an experienced real estate entrepreneur, investor, and consultant with a background spanning family office operations, real estate contracts, due diligence, asset management, and real estate investment. Natalie began her career as an attorney in 2008, focusing on business and corporate transactions, including real estate acquisitions. She subsequently served as in-house counsel to family offices with both commercial and residential real estate holdings, gaining extensive experience at the intersection of legal, transactional, and real estate matters. In 2013, Natalie transitioned into real estate investment and operations, applying her legal and transactional background to the acquisition, development, and management of real estate assets.

Today, her work encompasses acquisitions and due diligence, financing and refinancing, leasing, asset and portfolio management, and day-to-day property operations. Natalie also plays an active role in the company’s real estate brokerage operations, with a focus on business development, lead generation, showing administration, and transaction management. Her legal and transactional background, combined with hands-on experience as an investor and operator, provides a practical and comprehensive perspective on real estate ownership, investment, and management.
